Blackburn councillor joins English Democrats to stand against BNP

A BLACKBURN with Darwen councillor is taking on a national role for the English Democrats Party.
Michael Johnson, who has represented the far-right England First Party, the For Darwen Party, and is the Fernhurst ward councillor on Blackburn with Darwen Council, has taken over the role of chairman of the North West English Democrats.
He said he joined the party to stop the British National Party getting a foothold in the area.
BNP leader Nick Griffin is standing for a North West seat in the European Parliament elections in June.
The English Democrats are a Euro-sceptic party which campaigns for England to be recognised and treated as a nation in its own right, as is the case with Scotland and Wales.
The party also wants England to leave the European Union and to rejoin the European Free Trade Association.
Mr Johnson, 48, of Dean Street, Darwen, said: “Nick Griffin stands a very good chance of getting in.
"Him getting into Europe on a Lancashire ticket will be a nightmare and will spark a BNP revival.”

Coterminous with that is the duty such a person has to state in clear and unambiguous terms their rejection of their formerly-held views. This especially applies when such a person is standing for public office.
As a member of the England First Party (not the BNP) Councillor Johnson has publicly expressed views of a very racist nature. Does he now regret expressing these sentiments, or does his reason for wishing to stop the BNP revolve purely around his being an English (as opposed to British) nationalist?
This is what he needs to make clear.
That said, whatever his views if his intervention prevents the BNP from getting a seat at Brussels then personally I'm not complaining.
How about some clarification please Councillor Johnson?

I don't play an active part in any organised anti-fascist group, because most of them have less time for me than they would for you seeing as I still think Labour suck.
But what are you doing wasting your life fighting a dead-end cause, with a leader who rips you off (I knew the man!), pretending not to be a racist while telling the world than anyone born without pure white genes cannot be British? Think about it my friend.
The BNP will never be accepted by the decent majority and rightly so. You enjoy your moments of success by exploiting disengagement and pessimism in an uncertain climate, but whenever it suits the state to do you will be crushed like flies without a second thought.
You party is so lightweight it is laughable. 6-7,000 members nationwide ffs! A good proportion of them, including candidates - and even councillors, so desperate are you - are incapable of taking a **** and whistling a tune at the same time.

I am 66 and retired 1 year ago, I worked for a High Profile Security Unit, before that I was in the British Army. I was proud to serve my Country like my forefathers dating back to the 16th century, I have seen successive governments change our laws and abolish our ancient liberties. They have destroyed our way of life and our communities by allowing foreigners by their 100's of 1000's to come here and undermine our CHRISTIAN VALUES.
Before I retiered, I had to attend a "diversity" course. The lecture was on immigrants. There is no future in your world of overpopulation. Our army has been asked and informed and kitted for mass riots this summer. Yet still we allow in low energy economy peoples here to breed like rabbits (yougov) and use a hellova lot more fuel per capita than they do in warmer climates.

Go to 'yougov' and check the stats. on crimes, unemployment, drug use and importation, prostitution and pimping, and lets look who our terrorists are etc. Compare these figures against the "indigenous" population will you.

Before you rest your case you need to look at the contradiction in your argument. Are you a racist or aren't you?
You refer to "UK born citizens". This suggests it isn't about race but about birthright. So why did your leader recently announce that people with dark skin who are born in the UK cannot be regarded as British? How can anybody say that in one breath and in the next deny that it's about race?
