A HASLINGDEN man who drove whilst twice over the legal alcohol limit has been disqualified from driving for 46 months.
Paul Clynes, 28, from Rising Bridge Road, pleaded guilty to driving with 78mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath on Blackburn Road at 2am on July 5.
The legal limit is 35mg.
He also admitted driving with an incorrect licence and no insurance.
Chair of Rossendale magistrates, Mrs Hargreaves, told Clynes he had intentionally driven the car and had been a risk to the public.
He was fined £375.
