Ken Dodd coming to Blackburn

KEN Dodd, the elder statesman of British comedy is the latest big name to announce he is to play at East Lancashire's biggest comedy festival.

Doddy will play the You Must Be Joking Festival at King George's Hall, Blackburn, on Saturday, November 15.

Also just announced for the festival is Justin Moorhouse who will bring a brand new one man show - Ever Decreasing Social Circles - direct from the Edinburgh Festival.

He will play King George's Hall on Sunday, November 12.

This year will be the second year of the festival which will run from Friday, November 7 to Saturday, November 23.

Other comedians already confirmed for the festival are Jimmy Carr, Russell Howard, Paddy McGuinness and Jason Manford.

More names are expected to be announced in the next few weeks.
