"Gallagher's Gates" are to be closed restricting an alleyway on Manxchester Road because of anti-social behaviour. The gates will be locked from 7pm to 7am. A nearby landlord has organised a petition opposing the closure as it will inconvenience many elderly people living in nearby flats.
