VIDEO: Furniture firm owner on No Limits scheme

Philip Rothwell, of Traditional and Modern Furniture Restoration, Burnley, tapped into advice offered by the government's No Limits scheme.

He said: "I had been on long-term sick leave but I went back to making upholstery.

"A No Limits grant helped me buy equipment that I could not have managed without."

A grant is a gift and the business won't make a profit, possibly not even cover its overheads, but never mind, there are no limits to this government quango's generosity, it's all about ticks in boxes, not value for money.
