Comments (1)Philip Rothwell, of Traditional and Modern Furniture Restoration, Burnley, tapped into advice offered by the government's No Limits scheme.
He said: "I had been on long-term sick leave but I went back to making upholstery.
"A No Limits grant helped me buy equipment that I could not have managed without."
