Youngsters have fun at tea dance

CHILDREN from Shadsworth Junior School, Blackburn, put on their dancing shoes for a special performance for the mayor and local pensioners.
The pupils attended the weekly Thursday tea dance in the Players Lounge, Ewood Park, Blackburn.
Coun Maureen McGarvey, mayor of the borough, was at the event and took part in some of the routines alongside the youngsters.
