Rovers recorded their first win of the season at Hull City courtesy of Bradley Dack's first-half strike.
That handed them a 1-0 victory at the KCOM Stadium to send the 1,084 travelling fans back to East Lancashire happy.
The away section were in good voice throughout and were rewarded with an excellent performance from Tony Mowbray's side in their second away fixture.
