Rovers are ball number two in tomorrow’s Carabao Cup second round draw.

Tony Mowbray’s side made it in to round two after a comprehensive 5-1 win at League Two side Carlisle United on Tuesday night.

They are one of 23 sides from the northern section to have booked their spot in the second round, with Sunderland and Sheffield Wednesday due to meet tomorrow night.

The draw, which will be shown on Sky Sports, will take place at 7pm on Thursday night before the tie at the Stadium of Light.

The Premier League teams not involved in Europe will enter at this stage, with five top flight teams in the northern section.

The draw is unseeded, but is split in to the north and south sections.
