A WOMAN was rescued from her car following a crash.
Emergency services were called to a crash involving a black Vauxhall Corsa and a silver BMW on Brandy House Brow, Blackburn, shortly before 10am today.
Firefighters rescued a woman who was driving the black Vauxhall Corsa, which ended up in a ditch near Texaco garage.
She was later taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital with minor back injuries.
No injuries were sustained by the driver of the silver BMW.
A fire service spokesman said: "We were called to a road traffic collision on Brandy House Brow in Blackburn at 9.42am.
"Firefighters used cutting equipment to rescue one casualty from the vehicle who was treated by paramedics."
