MORE than 400 nominations have so far been received for this year’s Ribble Valley Business Awards.
There is still time to put forward your favourite business as nominations close on Thursday, August 23.
One of last year’s success stories was New Business winner Deborah Cowking, a family lawyer, who switched helping clients get divorced to providing accommodation for couples getting married.
She made the brave decision to leave Houldsworth Solicitors in Clitheroe after 33 years and began working for herself as managing director of Ribble Valley Country Cottages.
The glitzy presentation will be at Stirk House, Gisburn, on October 11. To nominate visit www.ribblevalleybusinessawards.co.uk
