RESIDENTS have been urged to have their say on a parish council's neighbourhood plan.
Barrowford Parish Council has launched a public consultation to consider its final version of its Neighbourhood Plan, giving residents, businesses and other interested parties one last chance to have their say on how the area will develop and grow in the years ahead.
Policies within the plan address a wide range of issues including, retail provision and housing. In addition, 14 local green spaces have been identified as places which will be protected from future development.
