A WOMAN thrown out of a Darwen pub after a row with a member of staff responded by throwing a stone through a window.
Blackburn magistrates heard the DJ who was playing in the Millstone was showered with glass as the window went through but he was not injured.
Clare Stevenson, 28, of Richmond Terrace, Darwen, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a window belonging to the landlady, Kelly Arbuckle.
She was fined £120 and ordered to pay £130 compensation, £40 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
Alex Mann, prosecuting, said Stevenson was described by staff as a regular at the Millstone and she was well known to them.
Imran Hussain, defending, said his client accepted she had lost her temper after being ejected from the pub.
"She has personally apologised to the landlady and accepts that she has to pay for the damage," said Mr Hussain.
