Matalan in Colne
A MAN seen on CCTV loading children's clothing into a bag left the Matalan store without paying before staff could challenge him.
Blackburn magistrates heard Aaron Bridge was identified from the CCTV footage and immediately admitted his guilt to police.
Bridge, 30, of St Stephens Way, Colne, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing worth £110.
He was made subject to a curfew between 7 pm and 7 am for four weeks and ordered to pay £110 compensation.
