A FORMER town centre bank is among the properties to go up for auction.
The old Co-op bank in King William Street, Blackburn, will be up for sale by Pugh Auctions later this month and is expected to fetch about £180,000.
The vacant Tiger Lounge bar in Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, will also go up for auction at the same sale. The site, which also includes a hairdressers situated next door, has a central staircase that leads to two first-floor residential flats, both of which are let.
Colne Commercial Centre in Exchange Street is also on the list for auction at a guide price of £230,000.
The freehold town centre two-storey (plus basement) commercial business centre includes 29 individual letting areas.
Land at Commercial Mill, off Clayton Street , Great Harwood, with planning permission for eight new homes, will also be up for sale at the auction.
The auction will take place on Thursday at the AJ Bell Stadium, Barton Lounge, 1 Stadium Way, Manchester M30 7EY.
