A CONSULTATION has been launched to give people in Hyndburn the chance to to have their say on the provision of allotments.
The council would like to hear views from people in the area about all aspects of the service they provide.
There are 22 allotment sites located throughout Hyndburn with an approximate total of 850 plots.
The council said there is long waiting lists on a majority of its allotment sites, anything from six months to four years.
Cllr Gareth Molineux, cabinet member for allotments said; “We’d like to hear what you think about the rent charges, the service provided by the council, and what improvements you would like to see on the allotments, so please have your say in the consultation.”
