APPEAL: A woman is wanted in connection with a fraud investigation which has links to Lancashire
A WOMAN is wanted in connection with a house fraud investigation.
Detectives have released an image of a woman they wish to speak with as part of a fraud investigation which has links to Lancashire, Manchester, Cheshire and West Yorkshire.
The case relates to the attempted sale of an elderly woman’s house in January.
It is thought she may also have connections to an ongoing investigation into a similar incident in Preston where an elderly couple were defrauded out of their home and life savings in December 2017.
Her last known location was in Halifax on January 19 this year.
