A MAN who died in a car crash has been named.
Matthew Horridge, 30, was the driver of a car which crashed into a parked vehicle at around 1.35am on Todmorden Road, Bacup.
His family paid tribute to the dad from Rochdale and said: "Matthew was a loving, kind and happy person and he will be missed so, so much.
"He was a loving son, father and brother and we are truly devastated and heartbroken."
A second man who was travelling in the passenger seat of the car is yet to be named.
The two men, from Rochdale, were pronounced dead after they were taken to the Royal Blackburn Hospital shortly after the incident occured.

Sgt Finn Quainton from the Road Policing Unit said: “Firstly my thoughts and condolences are with the family and friends of these two men at this incredibly sad and difficult time.
“We need anyone who may have seen the Ford Focus car leading up to the collision to get in contact with us as they may have vital information that could assist with our investigation.”
