MORE than 200 people visited markets across Rossendale and received information advice about being healthy during a campaign by health workers.
Rossendale children's centres teamed up with Rossendale school nurses, health visitors and staff from East Lancashire Primary Care Trust to promote healthy lifestyles for the Be Healthy Campaign.
The stalls had a wide range of information and healthy fast food available for tasting.
Families enjoyed tasting cheese and carrot wraps and smoothies and received recipes so they could include them in children's lunch boxes.
