Police discover small scale and sophisitcated cannabis cultivation set up in Haslingden Road, Oswaldwistle
A CANNABIS farm was discovered by police in Oswaldtwistle.
Police were called to reports of a small scale, yet sophisticated cannabis cultivation set up on Haslingden Road, Oswaldtwistle earlier today.
A dog was also rescued by the RSPCA from the 'squalid' living conditions, officers said.
Anyone with information regarding any cannabis set ups should call the police on 101.
