Savers in Colne
A FRAGRANT thief who stole bottles of shampoo and cans of deodorant during a five-day shopping spree has been ordered to pay compensation.
Blackburn magistrates heard how on September 17 prolific thief Sean Joseph John Cullen stole £47.50 of shampoo from Savers in Colne in two separate trips. And on September 21 he stole 14 cans of Lynx deodorant, valued at £8 from the same store. Cullen, 23, of Erst Street, Colne, was ordered to pay £75.50 in compensation. The money will be deducted from his benefits.
