TEMPERS flared during rush-hour traffic chaos in Burnley.
Motorists trapped in congestion from the detour set by the M65 closure were left shocked when they spotted two drivers grappling in standing traffic in Padiham Road.
Resident Holly Elcock, who filmed the footage from her bedroom around 8.30am, was awoken by the sound of car horns beeping.
She said: "I got up to look out of my window and the driver of the Porsches was getting out of his car and towards the man in the Micra.
"They both started arguing and then a scuffle started.
"When it ended the Micra sped off and then slammed on and got out of his car and took a picture of the Porsche registration number and drove off.
"Too many people fly up and down Padiham Road and cut in where it's not safe, so in a morning of bad traffic and stressed drivers it's not a shock."
Meanwhile, another eyewitness on the bus, said: "By the time I turned around they were already slapping each other.
"There were quite a few students on the bus and a couple of the girls were saying it was scary while it was happening."
