A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been jailed for his part in a violent incident outside Blackburn college 20 months ago.
Blackburn Magistrates heard Bilal Mushtaq had initially been sentenced to do 200 hours unpaid work but left the country without doing all the work.
When he returned from Pakistan 12 months later he was sentenced to do another 200 hours but again failed to comply.

And when he was brought back for the latest breach the magistrates revoked the order and sentenced him to three months in prison.
Mushtaq, of Azalea Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to affray.
The court heard the offence was committed in February 2016 outside Blackburn College when two groups of young men clashed.
During the disturbance belts were used as weapons and a crutch, taken off a disabled scooter was also brandished. A woman who tried to intervene was pushed away.
