ENGLAND great James Anderson bowled over fans at his home cricket club as he was the star attraction at Burnley CC’s President’s Day.

The 35-year-old, who recently became the first Englishman to claim 500 Test wickets, grew up watching Burnley and started his career on the hallowed turf of the Lancashire League club’s Turf Moor ground.

And he donned the Burnley whites once again to play in a President’s XI v Burnley CC match along with former England team-mates Chris Tremlett and James Foster.

The star trio also held a coaching masterclass four youngsters, who were part of a big crowd enjoying the fun and a weekend-long beer festival.
