THOUSANDS of visitors headed out to a popular annual fun day in Great Harwood yesterday.
Child Action Northwest's (CANW) annual event 'Pound Day', which this year moved to a bigger location at Great Harwood Showground, took place on Sunday and proved to be a real hit with visitors.
Organisers anticipated that around 4,000 people attended the event which included music from local bands and performers throughout the day on the fun day's music stage.

While eight-year-old Isla Pickford can be seen having fun climbing a wall and band Furious Styles are pictured performing their hearts out at the event.
