A SECOND man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged in connection with a shooting incident in Oswaldtwistle in January.

The court heard a bullet was fired from a car at another vehicle during a dispute between rival drug gangs. The bullet missed and ended up embedded in a house wall.

Hannan will appear before the Crown Court on October 5, along with James David Lonsdale, 21, of Grafton Street, Blackburn, who appeared earlier in the week.
