A WOMAN has been fined after admitting to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.
Burnley magistrates heard Jasmine Leigh Astin, 24, of Hebrew Road, Burnley, committed the offence in Nelson between June 30 and July 1.
Magistrates imposed a 12-month restraining order banning Astin from contacting Elizabeth Neal directly or indirectly.
Astin was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.
An allegation that she pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of Elizabeth Neal was dismissed.
