Driver feared trapped on slip road
FIREFIGHTERS were called early today to a car which had some off an M65 slip road.
Crews attended the silver Ford Fiesta which had run into a hedge near junction 10 of the motorway for Burnley shortly after 5.30am after fears the driver had been trapped.
On arrival he had escaped from the vehicle and was unhurt.
Police arranged for its recovery from the hedge.
