DRUGS were seized at a property in Accrington after a raid.
Police executed a warrant at 1pm on Tuesday in Blackburn Road and seized a quantity heroin and cannabis.
They also discovered suspected stolen items from shops in the town.
A man and a woman have been arrested. A man was later charged.

A spokesman said: “Yesterday afternoon, the Neighbourhood Team with the help of the Target Crime Team, executed a warrant under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
“A man and woman were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply heroin and cannabis.
“Numerous suspected stolen items from shops in Accrington Town Centre were seized and the electricity was also found to be bypassed."
“Both persons have been released under investigation regarding the drugs offences.”
Patrick Connolly, 46, of Blackburn Road, Accrington, was charged with handling stolen good and abstraction of electricity and is due to appear before Blackburn Magistrates Court on July 13.
