FUNERAL details have been announced for a dedicated Blackburn charity worker who died this month aged 43.
Roger Carter, manager of Blackburn and Darwen Shopmobility, had suffered long-term health problems.
He left two sons, Christopher and Ian, 22 and 20.
Mr Carter, who lived in Darwen, had been associated with the charity, which has a shop in Blackburn Market, for 10 years.

He followed his late father Graham Carter in volunteering and improving the lives of many.
A former colleague described him as "very sweet, very caring, very helpful to anyone".
Mr Carter's funeral will take place on Thursday at St James' Church in Stopes Brow, Lower Darwen, at 1.15pm.
His family asks that people wishing to make donations should send them to the Darwen funeral director firm Edwin Ainsworth, of Borough Mews, Church Bank Street.
Funds raised will be used to benefit Mr Carter's sons.
