COURT: Alexander Lock, of Edwin Waugh Gardens, Rochdale
A 23-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged sexual offences and child abduction involving a 13-year-old girl.
Alexander Lock, of Edwin Waugh Gardens, Rochdale, faces four charges of engaging in sexual activity with the girl and three of taking her away from the lawful control of her parents.
