A TRAINING company is urging businesses across Lancashire to see if they are eligible to receive free training for their workforce through the ESF Skills Support for the Workforce project.
The project, run by Alliance Learning has been funded by the European Social Fund and £14m is available to businesses in the county who want to improve the skills of their workforce and help ensure future business growth.
The fund is available for companies based in Lancashire with less than 250 employees and employees must be 16 years old or over.
Funding is also available for employees who are at risk of redundancy or candidates who have been made redundant in the last three months.
