A HOUSE in Rishton was 'severely damaged' after an accidental fire.
Two fire crews from Hyndburn attended the incident in Chapel Street at around 4pm yesterday.

Six firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels to extinguish the fire in the living room.
A spokesman for the fire service said: “The house has been severely damaged by smoke and heat. Luckily no one was in the house at the time.
“The fire is thought to have started accidently.”
