A MAN has been banned from getting behind the wheel for 12 months after admitting to drink-driving on the M65.
Magistrates heard how Philip James Landsberger, of Albert Street in Clayton-le-Moors, committed the offence in a Ford Focus on the Burnley stretch of the motorway on December 12.
Landsberger, 34, was also ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
He faced no separate penalty after admitting to failing to surrender to custody.
