Darwen man, 26, breaches restraining order by sending 13 snapchat videos
DECLAN Thomas Hawthornthwaite, 26, of Park Road, Darwen, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by sending Caitlin McGarr 13 Snapchat videos and was sent to Preston Crown Court for sentencing.
The court heard the offence put Hawthornthwaite in breach of a suspended prison sentence.
