CHARGED: Peter Kennedy, 60, of Dunoon Street, Burnley
A MAN has been charged with sex offences against children.
Peter Kennedy, 60, of Dunoon Street, Burnley, has been charged with one count of sexual assault on a child under 13 and two counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity between October 1 and October 31.

The allegations relate to two boys aged seven and 10.
He appeared before magistrates in Burnley on Monday and has been remanded to appear at Burnley Crown Court at a later date.
Detectives are continuing their investigation and anyone with information is urged to call 101 quoting log number 0914 of November 12.
