Blackburn magistrates
A 27-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with biting a 15-month-old baby on the cheek.
James Edward George, 27, of Cartmel Avenue, Accrington, was sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court charged with causing the baby girl actual bodily harm.
He will appear before the Crown Court on May 25.
