- School Street, Accrington
School Street both ways closed due to resurfacing work between Blackburn Road and Crawshaw Street. Until 30th April 2016.

Junction of Baywood Street will have multi-way control signals from Jan 6 to 19
- A59 Lancashire Westbound between A59 Whalley Road Samlesbury and M6 J31 Samlesbury (Roadworks)
A59 Lancashire - Speed restriction of 30 mph on A59 Preston New Road westbound in Samlesbury between Swallow Hotel Roundabout and Samlesbury, because of roadworks.

Two-way signals are in place to update signals, kerbing and surfacing works until April 30
- Whitebirk Drive Rishton
Stop / Go boards in place for installation of new fencing at the back of the verge and footway
- Edgar Street, Hyndburn
Road Closure for the entire length of Edgar Street, Lower Fold for upgrading signals, kerbs and surfacing until April 30 by Lancashire County Council
