CANNABIS plants were seized after police raided a house in Blackburn.
Fifteen plants and cultivation equipment were found in the loft of a house in Whitby Drive, Highercroft.

The plants, which were discovered by police on Saturday, have been seized and sent for forensic investigations.
A police spokesman said a male suspect has been identified and will be dealt with at a later date.
PCSO Tom Archer said: “Officers from the South East Neighbourhood Policing Team have located a cannabis set up, which was located in a loft of an address on Whitby Drive in Highercroft.
“Officers will continue to target people who are involved in the production or supply of drugs, in order to keep the community safe, “If you have any information regarding drugs please call 101, your neighbourhood policing team or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.”
