He has been transferred to Royal Preston Hospital
A MAN in his forties has been airlifted to hospital after suffering a serious head injury.
The North West Air Ambulance was called to Lammack Road in Blackburn, shortly before 10am.
It is thought the man injured himself after falling off the roof of a house.
