Man appears at Blackburn magistrates charged with attempted rape in Darwen
A MAN appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with attempted rape in Darwen.
Francis Skachill, 38, of Milburn Avenue, Dumfries, was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court charged with attempted rape, two sexual assaults and three assaults, all on the same victim.
