MARKSMAN Jordan Rhodes looks set to join the ranks of Blackburn Rovers' elite as a top goalscorer, but could his efforts ever topple Simon Garner’s all-time record?
Rhodes has notched seven goals in his last five games, earning him the title of Championship player of the month.
He has now scored 81 goals in 151 appearances for Rovers since he joined the club in August 2012.

This gives him a goal to game ratio of 0.53 goals per game and it’s fair to say that if he continues at his current rate, it’s possible he could even overtake Garner’s all-time goalscoring record.
Garner played for Rovers from 1978 to 1992 making him one of the club's longest serving players. During that time he scored 192 goals in 565 games.
We thought we’d take this opportunity to look at some of our favourite memories from Garner’s 14-year career at Ewood Park and see exactly how he came to be such a fan favourite.
