A CLOSED Ribble Valley pub could be transformed into offices.
The Craven Heifer in Whalley Road, Clitheroe, was closed in 2013 and was recently sold for £175,000.
Applicant Castle View Developments has applied for permission to Ribble Valley Borough Council to change the use of the pub into offices.
A spokesman for the applicant said: “The proposal is a well-considered community facility in a sustainable location.” Nearby residents have been given until Wednesday, October 21, to send their views to the council before a final decision is made.
