A 22-YEAR-OLD man banned for drink-driving was caught behind the wheel less than a month later.
Blackburn magistrates heard Tanzeel Alwan drove off after a row with his partner to ‘clear’ his head.
Alwan, 22, of Providence Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, banned for two years and ordered to pay £150 criminal court charge and £80 victim surcharge.
