UPDATE: Police release statement about missing teenager
POLICE who appealed for help in trying to find a 17-year-old boy missing from home in Burnley have released an update.
Daniel Rushworth, known as Danny, was last seen on Wednesday at 5.30pm in Cramner Street when his mum dropped him off at a friend’s house.
Officers appealed to the Lancashire Telegraph's readers yesterday in a bid to see him returned home safely.
And a spokesman said shortly after noon today: "Danny Rushworth was found safe and well in Burnley."
