Ilyas, 23, of Whittaker Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance and failing to stop when required by a uniformed police officer.
He was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison suspended for two years, banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay £150 criminal court charge, £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge.
Andy Robinson, prosecuting, said the latest disqualification had been imposed for an offence of driving while disqualified.
Colleen Dickinson-Jones, defending, said Ilyas understood he was at risk of going to prison because of the disrespect he had shown to a court order.
“This has been a real wake-up call for him,” said Mrs Dickinson-Jones.
