Blackburn man charged with supplying heroin and cocaine
KIRK Leech, 40, of Heaton Street, Blackburn, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine and possessing heroin with intent to supply.
