DAVID Jonathon Frith, 38, of Elm Grove, Darwen, was fined £435 with £450 costs and a £520 criminal courts charge, and 10 points were imposed on his driving licence by Blackburn magistrates, after he was found guilty of being drunk in charge of a Honda Civic car in Quaker Lane on April 26.
He must also pay a victim surcharge of £43 it was decided, after he was convicted of the offence.
