CCTV footage is being used to identify a gang of thieves who stole beer and spirits from a Chorley wedding venue.
St Joseph’s Parish Centre, on Harpers Lane, was burgled in the early hours of Sunday morning, with a quantity of alcohol taken between 2am and 3am.

The thieves are known to locals and the police, with one member of the public, who did not want to be named, saying: “The local usual suspects have struck and broke into the club at 2am.
“We know who they are but CCTV footage will prove it’s them.”
Sergeant Kevin Mountain, of Chorley police, said: “It is believed a number of youths were involved in this offence and may have been seen in the area.
“Anybody who saw anything or has any information is asked to contact police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting log Ref LC-20150628-0284.”
