A COUPLE shopping at a Blackburn store introduced their own sale prices.
Blackburn magistrates heard Francis John Duffy and Joanne Louise Barnes visited the "reduced" aisle and removed bargain basement price tags, put them on the goods they wanted and then went through the checkout.
Baines, 39, and Duffy, 37, both of Essex Close, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to theft of a DVD, a PS4 game and a joint of beef.
