THE future of a Ribble Valley pub that has served the community for decades is still the subject of intense speculation.
The Windmill pub in Mellor Brook was closed earlier this year by owner Enterprise Inns.

It came after an extensive refurbishment in 2010 at the Preston New Road venue.
Now residents, who want the building to remain in use, are calling for clarity on it’s future.
The company is also due to reveal the future of The Brown Cow in Chatburn, and The White Bull Hotel in Ribchester.
